This townland contains 343a. 0r. 30p., being all cultivated, with the excep- tion of about 10 1/4 acres of bog, 11 acres of rough ground and 45 acres of water. The rents are 26s. to 30s. per acre. It is the property of ? Greville Esqr. It has no buildings of any note. The highest land is about 467 feet above the sea at low water. There is a pound in the N. extremity of townland and several lime kilns in it. There is a communication road passing from E. to W. for about 30 chains. It then turns N. to S. through townland. Pound Lough is at the N.E. angle and Corraneary Lough at the E. side of townland.
