Proprietor is Alex Saunderson Esqr. Dromanduff and Dromanbawn were both included under the head of Droman in the Patent. Crops are oats, flax and potatoes. No wheat is grown in the parish. Holdings are from 5 to 22 Irish acres. Soil is a stony clay. Co. Cess per Irish acre is 4d to 5d. per annum. Proprietor now gives leases of 21 years or one life. There are some old leases in the townland. Others are holdings at will. Rents are from 10s. to 14s. per acre and some land is sublet at 25s. per Irish acre.
