Landlord is James Saunderson Esqr. of Cloverhill. Soil is clay with stones and is good if treated with lime. Mr. J. Saunderson gives timber for roofing. There is one holding of 18 acres at 28/- per Irish acre let for 1 life, to Hugh Riley (sic) of Moher who pays 1 guinea to Mr. Saunderson. Food is a little stirabout and potatoes with milk and a little butter. Meat is used at Easter and Christmas.
