The property of Sir Wm. Young. It contains 583a. 0r. 38p. statute measure including 35a. 1r. 17p. of water, 12a. of bog, 27 1/2 acres of rough ground and 36 acres of planting. Part of this townland is let by lease from £1.12.6d. per acre. In the S. side of the townland stands Bailieborough Castle the seat of Sir Wm. Young.
